    Terms & Conditions

    1. An open project budget may change without advice depending in how many funds is receiving. Contributors may ask for a return of their funds if they not agree with those changes.
    2. Once a budget is closed, promoters are responsible to execute it, and contributors are not longer allowed to ask for a return.
    3. Promoters are not liable for the results of the project, just for spending the funds in a similar way as described in the budget.
    4. If a project does not execute, promoters will be responsible of returning funds to contributors or allocate them to a another project.
    5. The promoters/contributors are liable by their budgets and fundings. This site just provides a way to communicate between them, with no other responibilities.
