- An open project budget may change without advice depending in how many funds is receiving. Contributors may ask for a return of their funds if they not agree with those changes.
- Once a budget is closed, promoters are responsible to execute it, and contributors are not longer allowed to ask for a return.
- Promoters are not liable for the results of the project, just for spending the funds in a similar way as described in the budget.
- If a project does not execute, promoters will be responsible of returning funds to contributors or allocate them to a another project.
- The promoters/contributors are liable by their budgets and fundings. This site just provides a way to communicate between them, with no other responibilities.

Hola, tenemos pensado enlazarlo en principio al supernodo de Inforgames, de todas formas, si no funcionara correctamente tenemos varios voluntarios mas, un saludo!
Nuevo Troncal Pistacero-Inet
Abrimos el apadrinamiento para que todos los interesados en mejorar la velocidad del supernodo Pistacero-Inet del centro ciudad puedan hacerlo.
Solo se apadrina el material, el montaje lo haremos una vez tengamos el mismo.
